Breakfast Quiche
Ingredients
- 2 Crust I use a pre-made whole grain, organic crust from Central Market/H.E.B.
- 6 Eggs
- 3 Cups Shredded Frozen Hasbrowns
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Irish Cheddar)
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean Ground Sausage (Hot)
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (mix)
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Tumeric
- 1 Tsp Celery Salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix eggs, hash-browns, cheese, seasonings, sour cream, and milk in large bowl.
- Brown sausage separately, drain grease, let cool.
- Add sausage to above mixture, gently stir, and pour into each ready-made crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 mins.
- To make ahead of time: pour mixture into crust, cover with foil and freeze. When ready to serve cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
