Easy potato leek soup!!

Ingredients
- 1 Trader Joe’s potato leek soup mix
- 1 pack frozen hash browns / or red skin Potatoes.
- 1 cup Half & half
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A splash of Worcestershire
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil your potatoes ahead of time if you choose to use the red skin potatoes. I use the frozen hashbrowns to save time.
- Start by pouring soup mixture in large pot and 3 large chicken broth containers and bring to a boil.
- Toss in your hash browns (I let them get to room temp before using)
- Follow Trader Joe's instruction packet for cook time, I generally do 20-30 minutes on medium to high heat. Then use the handheld emulsifier til all ingredients are blended.
- Then serve when ready adding all of your favorites!-Shredded cheese, bacon bits, chives, homemade bread croutons etc…
