Meg's Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla
- 1 tbsp Southern Comfort (optional)
- 2-2.5 cups sugar
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixer
- Start by mixing ingredients at a low speed, gradually working your way up to the highest speed setting.
- When you start to see stiff peaks, you know you are done!
- *Pro tip: cover mixer with towel to avoid splatter!
- Store in glass Pyrex bowl with lid. Chill in refigerator until ready to serve.
