Meg's Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Southern Comfort (optional)
  • 2-2.5 cups sugar
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in mixer
  • Start by mixing ingredients at a low speed, gradually working your way up to the highest speed setting.
  • When you start to see stiff peaks, you know you are done!
  • *Pro tip: cover mixer with towel to avoid splatter!
  • Store in glass Pyrex bowl with lid. Chill in refigerator until ready to serve.
