Mix the two ingredients, batter will be very thick.

I usually spray the muffin cups with coconut Pam.

Spoon the batter into your muffin cups.

Cook at 400 degrees for 20 mins. or so

You can jazz them up by adding mini chocolate chips in the batter and/or drizzle melted caramel for a little something extra!!!
