Wheeler Family Fudge!!!

A Christmas Tradition !!

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Milk or Cream
2 tbsp Corn Syrup
2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Melt sugar, milk/cream, corn syrup and chocolate in pot over medium heat.
*Meg's tip: stir using wooden spoon
Remove from heat
Add butter without stirring
Let stand until almost cold
Add Vanilla
Beat until fudge is no longer glossy and is thick & creamy
Pour in a buttered 8x14 pan
