Mix eggs, hash-browns, cheese, seasonings, sour cream, and milk in large bowl.
Brown sausage separately, drain grease, let cool.
Add sausage to above mixture, gently stir, and pour into each ready-made crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 mins.
To make ahead of time: pour mixture into crust, cover with foil and freeze. When ready to serve cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
