In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion /or shallots, uncooked rice, cracker meal /or breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Work mixture together with hands. Then begin to form meatballs!
Brown your meatballs on medium to high heat in dutch oven. You can also bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on oven. Set your meatballs aside while you begin your sauce.
Sauce:
In your pot of choice, add cream of mushroom soup, half & half, water, worcestershire, salt and pepper, and garlic. Stir mixture together and bring to medium to high heat while adding in your browned meatballs. Let simmer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Watch closely as to not over cook your meatballs.
Serve with white rice or egg noodles.
