In a casserole dish pour in your breadcrumbs for dipping purposes.
Dip each cube steak in your egg wash, and then your breadcrumbs.
In a non-stick skillet, drizzle a little olive oil in and over a medium heat, lightly brown each side of the cube steak.
Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta along with your favorite gravy of choice!!
