My Great-Grandmother Carto's Cranberry Sausage Stuffing!
I would fight somebody for this stuffing!!!!

- 1 15oz package Arnold Stuffing
- 2 eggs, slight beaten
- 4 medium onions, finely chopped
- 6 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 lb pork sausage, panfried and drained
- 8 oz jellied cranberry sauce, beaten until thin
- 2 cups apple juice
Mix stuffing mix, cooked sausage, chopped onion, celery, eggs and cranberry sauce.
Add apple juice, a little at a time until the entire mixture is dampened not mushy
Stuff into 18-20lb turkey and cook as directed for turkey weight
Bake remaining separately covered for 30mins at 350 degrees
