Wheeler Family Fudge!!!
A Christmas Tradition !!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk or Cream
- 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
- 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Melt sugar, milk/cream, corn syrup and chocolate in pot over medium heat. *Meg's tip: stir using wooden spoon
- Remove from heat
- Add butter without stirring
- Let stand until almost cold
- Add Vanilla
- Beat until fudge is no longer glossy and is thick & creamy
- Pour in a buttered 8x14 pan
